Emails
- Opportunity to provide messaging to students at all levels of the funnel.
- Standard emails have a 5-7 business day* turn-around time.
- Personal emails have a 1-3 business day* turn-around time.
*These timelines are reserved for singular builds/less complex builds. Email series and/or more complex emails (heavy liquid markup or complicated recipient list builds) may take longer.
Events
- Opportunity to provide students at all levels of the information about upcoming recruitment events.
- Ability to easily check-in registrants and track attendance.
- Events builds have a 10-12 business day* turn-around time.
*These timelines are reserved for singular builds/less complex builds. Event series and/or more complex event builds (events that require portals, multi-part events, when heavy liquid markup needed in emails or complicated recipient list builds) may take longer.
Phone Campaigns
- Opportunity to provide students at all levels of the funnel with a phone call.
- Quickly make meaningful calls and track the success.
- Phone Campaigns have a 5-7 business day* turn-around time.
*These timelines are reserved for singular builds/less complex builds. Multi-part campaigns and/or more complex emails (complicated queries, connections to texts and forms, etc.) may take longer.
Request Data Import
- Data Import Requests have a 10-14 business day turn-around time.
If you have recently collected student information at an event and would like it imported into Slate, please do the following:
- Download the Import Data Template and populate all "Required Fields." If you have any extra information, please feel free to populate the "Preferred Fields" section, as well. In fact, we encourage it!*
- Once you have completed all required fields, please submit your data via ticket submission at https://helpdesk.em.arizona.edu/srm
