Director, Orientation & New Student Services

Logan Adams is the Director of Orientation & New Student Services at the University of Arizona. Logan joined the team in February of 2020 and now oversees all New Student Orientation, as well as STU-210 (transfer admissions course), Destination Orientation (extended orientation program) and the Next Steps Center (accepted student portal). Logan oversees a team of five staff members who aid in assisting students with their college transition.

Logan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communication & Management from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). While at UTA, she fell in love with higher education and working with college students. She decided to venture to the University of Alabama to complete a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education Administration in order to prepare to work at an institution in new student orientation and student programming. For seven years, Logan worked at Georgia Southern University overseeing their New Student Orientation and Parent & Family Programming for all three of their campuses. Logan has a wonderful husband and two beautiful children. When she’s not working, she’s spending as much time as she can with her family and fur babies.
