Dr. Krista Millay brings over 15 years of experience as an organizational leader with a strong social responsibility lens to her role with Student Engagement. Prior to joining the team, Krista served as Vice President of a Tucson non-profit, where she provided strategic direction to the organization's grants, research, and community-collaborative programs. During her career-long commitment to equity, Krista has served at five universities in both administrative and teaching roles, including Director of the Women’s Resource Center at the University of Arizona. Krista completed her Doctor of Theology in Philosophy, Theology and Ethics from Boston University, and is also a proud alum of the Tucson Public Voices Fellowship.
