Kelly Ratliff

Kelly Ratliff serves as Chief of Staff within Enrollment Management at the University of Arizona, where she supports leadership, divisional staff, and strategic efforts related to undergraduate recruitment, enrollment, and student success.

Kelly brings two decades of experience across enrollment management, student affairs, academic affairs, and higher education consultancy, with a career grounded in building strong partnerships and improving the student journey from prospect through graduation and beyond. Her work reflects a commitment to collaboration and service-focused leadership that strengthens both institutional effectiveness and student outcomes.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Culver-Stockton College and her master’s degree from the University of Central Missouri.
