Emily Ross M.Ed.

An effective and relational leader, Emily prides herself in leading supportive, engaged and efficient teams. Ensuring the success of both first-year and transfer students requires Emily’s leadership for communication strategy, marketing needs, community and campus relationships, events, data analysis, school relations, territory management, and organizational functions and efficiencies. 

Emily is passionate about educational access and has led numerous initiatives and partnerships to propel Arizona’s outreach forward. She is fully involved in her role, serving on Arizona’s ACT Council and numerous community-based organizations focused on higher education. Emily has presented at local, regional and national conferences centered around best practices for distinct student populations, successful team management and strategic recruitment.

An alumnus of the University of Arizona, she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education & Rehabilitation with an emphasis in Counseling. She continued her education, graduating cum laude with a Master of Education in Human Relations from Northern Arizona University.
