Armando Garcia

Armando Garcia serves as the Senior Advisor for Strategic Enrollment Operations in Enrollment Management at the University of Arizona. In this role, he leads division-wide initiatives to strengthen operational effectiveness, organizational alignment, and the student support infrastructure. His work advances strategic enrollment priorities through process improvement, systems modernization, and cross-functional coordination that enhances both efficiency and the student experience.

Prior to joining Enrollment Management, Armando spent nearly a decade in the Office of the President, most recently as Senior Project Director. He worked closely with executive leadership to advance institutional strategy, coordinate cross-campus initiatives, and support projects informing Arizona Board of Regents planning and executive decision-making.

A proud first-generation Wildcat, Armando earned both his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona. He is deeply committed to student success and institutional excellence.
